What you’ll do:
  • Support the Compliance team in preparing and submitting regulatory reports, including daily transaction reports and other mandatory submissions to regulators.
  • Assist in managing and improving regulatory reporting processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Help document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), technical guidelines, and templates related to regulatory submissions.
  • Maintain and update trackers to monitor the status and deadlines of various regulatory reports.
  • Collaborate with different teams to gather, review, and validate data needed for regulatory purposes.
  • Provide recommendations for process improvements based on reporting experience.
What you'll need:

  • Final-year student (no remaining classes) or fresh graduate from any major — Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics (Preferrable) or other relevant fields.
  • If your university requires an internship program as a graduation requirement, we are open to accommodate it.
  • Strong data management skills (basic Excel/Google Sheets, xml, visual code/sublime knowledge is a plus).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn regulatory processes.
  • Comfortable communicating in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Able to commit for a full-time internship for at least 12 months.
  • Enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
