Main Resposibilities:

Responsible for planning and product delivery of one or more engineering teams
Responsible for the scalability, availability and performance of the products and services of the supervised team
Responsible for the technology vision, system design and product and service architecture of the supervised team
Mentoring younger engineers to instill engineering best practices
Work closely with cross-division teams to achieve company goals

Requirements:

Proven have managed teams that have shipped and operated critical infrastructure
Have built secure server infrastructure that has scaled on AWS or other cloud providers
Have at least 5 years of engineering experience with proven management wins
Thrive on autonomy and have proven can push towards a goal by ownself
Able to communicate well across teams
Bonus points if have built payments infrastructure before
