Flip is looking for a creative and experienced Product Marketing Lead who can take ownership of Flip's marketing efforts for B2C Product. You'll need to ideate and drive marketing strategy for our business and work closely with our Product, Sales and Marketing Channels to achieve all business objectives.

What you'll do:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive, end-to-end marketing strategy, focusing on market positioning, customer acquisition, and brand awareness
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify target customer segments, competitive landscape, and unique value propositions
- Create compelling marketing collateral, including product messaging, communication materials, website content, and customer-facing communications
- Design and implement go-to-market launch plans, including digital marketing campaigns, content strategy, and promotional initiatives
- Collaborate closely with product, BD, and design teams to ensure cohesive positioning and messaging
- A/B test and execute winning marketing strategies to generate awareness, leads, consideration, conversion and retention for business solution product
- Take charge of the marketing budget and target cost-effective, high-impact channels for maximum ROI
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing effectiveness and product adoption
- Provide strategic recommendations for product positioning and future marketing investments based on market insights and performance data
What you'll need:
- 5-10 years of product marketing experience, with a strong focus on financial technology products
- Proven track record of successfully launching and marketing products from conception to market
- Deep understanding of B2B and B2C marketing strategies in the fintech ecosystem
- Exceptional strategic planning and execution skills
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience in data-driven marketing decision-making
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive initiatives with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Portfolio demonstrating successful product marketing campaigns and launches
- MBA or advanced degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Previous experience in payment technologies, credit card services, or financial software
- Certifications in digital marketing or product marketing
- Multilingual capabilities (English & Bahasa Indonesia)
- Strong network in the fintech marketing and product community
