Work closely with the management to drive people strategy and ensure its alignment with business strategy;
Support current and future business needs through the development and engagement of human capital;
Develop talent management strategy includes succession planning, performance management;
Handle entire HR operations and ensure legal compliance within the process;
Operationalize, evaluate, and improve organization-related business processes;
Lead diagnosis, scoping, and delivery of complex organizational roadmap and effectiveness;
Facilitating company-wide alignment, improvement, implementation, and evaluation of the organization model and design;
Create recommendations and influence decisions about the Organization Development portfolio and future roadmap.
Experience leading the HR function in start-up companies;
Proven success in people engagement and talent management;
Driven and familiar with a fast-paced work environment;
Experience in leading complex organization transformation;
Experience with influencing and advising senior leaders;
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities across complex situations and challenges.
