What you'll do:
  • Monitoring real-time performance metrics for the Operations team
  • Ensuring the operations run well and effectively acting upon the shortage (making adjustments to staffing levels as needed)
  • Alerting the outsource team timely regarding any intermittent or incident happening in the Flip’s business operations
  • Set disturbance alerts and push notifications in the system for relevant impacted customers or business clients based on SLA
  • Communicating announcements for business users under given circumstances based on SLA
  • Consistently sending regular reports to all relevant stakeholders on time
  • Conducting analysis and providing recommendations for process improvement and optimization, if necessary
What you'll need:
  • A Bachelor’s degree from any major.
  • Fresh graduate or Min. 6 months or 1-year experience in the customer service industry
  • Excellent written, listening, and verbal communication skills.
  • Being flexible and adaptable
  • Computer literate
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Demonstrate teamwork all the time
  • Punctual, dependable with a strong work ethic, and a fast learner.
  • Self-motivated, self-disciplined, and self-starter.
  • Able to work offline (WFO) and willing to work with shifts.
  • Domicile in Jogjakarta Area.
