Job Description:
  • Designing, developing, and delivering learning & development process
  • Design, lead and implement innovative talent development strategies
  • Provide recommendation and influence decisions about Talent Management practices
  • Operationalize, evaluate, and improve organization-related business processes
  • Lead diagnosis, scoping, and delivery of complex organizational roadmap and effectiveness
  • Facilitating company-wide alignment, improvement, implementation, and evaluation of the organization model and design
  • Create recommendation and influence decisions about Organization Development portfolio and future roadmap

Requirements:
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in Learning & Development and Talent Management
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree for any major discipline, preferably with equivalent practical experience
  • Experience and extensive knowledge in establish Learning & Development Program
  • Have deep understanding in competency and competency development 
  • Experience in leading complex organization transformation
  • Experience with influencing and advising senior leaders
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities across complex situations and challenges
