Flip is currently open for a Performance Marketing Specialist position whom we expect to contribute to Flip’s growth using performance channels, mainly using Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and TikTok Ads.
Main Responsibilities:
Plan and execute all campaigns on paid marketing channels
Measure and report all paid marketing channels performance
Ensure campaigns are optimized to achieve target acquisition cost and conversion rate
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Develop and/or maintain relationships with third-party performance marketing channels
Requirements:
Min. Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
At least 2 years of working experience in marketing, especially related to channel digital marketing, in an agency or other company, preferably in the fintech industry
Familiar with FB Ads and Google Ads Manager
Familiar or willing to learn other performance marketing platforms/networks
Excellent in creating and delivering messages using ads
Result-oriented and creative (to ensure rapid growth)
Able to work independently with satisfying output
Able to do quantitative data analyses for optimization
