Reporting to Head of Bisdev and Ops, the Sr Business Development - Overseas Remittance, will drive customer acquisition for sending money overseas from Indonesia. The ideal candidate will be an individual who is self-motivated, possesses strong experience in a similar role selling complex solutions, drive and hunger to grow the business opportunities which also include onboarding new partner and expand the networks, high energy and has a strong business acumen.
Be an individual contributor to design, drive and execute on the BD Plan especially for sending money overseas from Indonesia.
Drive and lead on the opportunities.
Manages full business development cycle including generation of leads to managing live accounts.
Possesses full ownership of customer requests and exploring new opportunities to add value in Company positioning.
Oversees and manages coordination in rolling out new services to targeted partners/customers.
Provides timely feedback to line manager about performance, business development activity, account management status and strategy planned.
Ensures satisfaction amongst existing accounts to achieve positive account retention and contractual health.
Initiate and maintain strong working relationship with colleagues and customers to ease communication channels and facilitate resolutions for issues.
Assists to identify trends by researching on industry, related events and announcements.
Communicates needs of customers effectively to support team members.
Minimally a Bachelor Degree.
At least 2 years in a similar role, client facing and prior direct/indirect work experience in a Money Transfer or Mobile Financial Services and relevant experience in a high growth company.
Experience in multiple complex solution to overseas transfer partners (FI, Aggregator, Banks, MTOs).
Strong drive, results-oriented with outstanding communication, organization and negotiation skills.
