B2B Sales Operations

We are looking for a B2B Sales Operations who able to successfully guide, develop, and implement sales operations, at high growth and data-driven company.

These are the main responsibilities:

  • Develop and track long-term sales data, KPIs, and reporting to support the achievement of objectives
  • Implement new technologies as needed to support sales teams 
  • Assist marketing teams in determining customer outreach methods 
  • Make sure the members of the sales team achieve the targets 
  • Continuously drive process and operational improvements

You may well fit if:

  • 2-3 years of work experience in B2B sales operations and development in SaaS company (preferred)
  • Critical and analytical thinking with strong problem-solving skill
  • Ability to perform advanced computing functions
  • Familiarity with databases and sales software, Microsoft Office including Access and Excel
  • Strong communication skills
  • Grit, strong interpersonal, and ability to work independently with limited authority
